Learn to box from a world level competitive boxing coach, from the fundamentals all the way to the more advanced secrets of the sport. Each session you will develop skills to better your punches, defenses, counterpunching and fighting fitness. Each session gearing you towards confidence, composure and stamina needed whilst inside the ring.

Strength

Strength is a key part of anyone's training regime- improving athleticism, lowering body fat, promoting joint health, and overall increasing longevity. At stacksFit, you’ll have access to a world of knowledge and experience in strength and conditioning training. Great for keeping yourself strong, fit and in the best shape.

Fat Loss

No quick fixes and no strict diets. We strive to help you create long lasting changes which in turn build confidence, improve your health and lose body fat, without sacrificing the lifestyle you love. The figure on the scale is not always the problem. Sometimes, it's because your favorite pair of jeans just don’t fit anymore or you don’t have the same energy you used to have.
