121 PERSONAL TRAINING

We at stacksFit work with you to build a full strategy to reach your goals that fits within the lifestyle you love. If you have a specific aim, 121’s are a great way of focusing on the individual and tailoring your nutrition plan and training to your own personal goals.

*Single sessions can be shared with up to 4 people if desired (additional £5 per head) 

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

sweetScience is a 60 minute small group class teaching boxing drills, partner work, technical sparring and conditioning. Small group exercise classes, 6 maximum. Participants will receive a similar bespoke attention to a 121 for a fraction of the cost.

junior 121

JUNIOR 121 TRAINING

Boxing is a fun way for improving self discipline, responsibility, healthy competition and general fitness for your child. Coaching is performed with a fully qualified trainer with enhanced DBS, safeguarding and experience of 10 years+ working with children.
