MEET YOUR TRAINER SIMON

The overall goal for most is to feel confident, happy and healthy without over-complicating things. Simon uses over 15 years of Boxing and Strength & Conditioning expertise to assist you become the best version of you and to ensure boxing and fitness is accessible for everyone. 
 

Simon no doubt brings infectious energy and extensive experience into every session. He has experience with clients of all ages and physical fitness and within boxing he coaches all levels including amateur, white collar and fighters at an elite competitive level. 

Exercise is an essential part of keeping healthy, physically and mentally. When we don’t exercise, or do so incorrectly, we increase risk of injury.
